Our story
Our story started in 2013, when we decided to incorporate the evidence-based methodology “Organizational Behavior Management” (OBM) into our software. Since then, we have trained and coached organizations such as KLM, FrieslandCampina, Jumbo Supermarkets and VU University in the use of these products. Recently, we added AI and our Reinforcer.ai helps leaders learn during their daily work. So you don’t have to look for it in a training, it comes to you.
