The quality of New York Pizza’s pizzas is second to none. They don’t say “It’s the dough” for nothing. To steadily expand and scale up this high-quality operation, they chose a leadership development program for the head office management. The Reinforcer.ai plays an important role in this.
As the organisation grew, they recognised a familiar pattern: the standards were clear, the intention was strong, but leadership behavior varied across departments. Some conversations created clarity and ownership. Others left room for interpretation. Managers wanted practical guidance in the moment, not long programs outside the workday. They wanted to know which parts of their leadership behavior truly landed, and which parts needed adjustment.
In collaboration with HR Manager Mariet Verhagen and the team itself, we selected the most relevant modules from the broader palette. After a baseline measurement among their employees, the managers of the various departments started working with the AI tool.
With every 1-on-1 conversation, they can activate the meeting recorder and record the conversation. After the conversation, they receive immediate feedback by email on their vocal leadership behavior in the topics on which they want to grow. And those topics are personally relevant to them. Whether it’s about delegation, psychological safety, inclusion or anything else.
