Does it also work for in-person teams?
Yes. Reinforcer.ai can join Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or capture in-room sessions and analyse them the same way.
Do we need to understand OBM to use it?
Not at all. The platform guides you through the process. Think of it like having an behavioural change expert looking over your shoulder, but without needing to hire one.
What's the difference between the Feedback Analyser and the Performance Improvement Plan feature?
Feedback Analyser is your day-to-day coach. After each 1:1 or team meeting it gives personalised, context-aware feedback on your communication and one clear next step toward the team’s goal.
Performance Improvement Plan feature is the project-level guide for senior and operational managers. It walks you through a 7-step, evidence-based process to find the root cause of behaviour, define the desired behaviour, and design the environment and reinforcers that make it stick.
How they work together: the plan sets the target and context, the analyser uses that context to coach managers in daily meetings so adoption actually happens.
Do we train our AI on your input?
No, your data remains yours.
