Personal data we process
Reinforcer.ai processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent.

For what purpose and on what legal basis we process personal data
Reinforcer.ai processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to email you if this is necessary to carry out our services.
- To inform you about changes to our services and products.
- To deliver goods and services to you.
Reinforcer.ai also processes personal data if we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax returns.
Automated decision-making
Reinforcer.ai does not make decisions with significant consequences for individuals based solely on automated processing.
This refers to decisions that are made by computer programs or systems without the involvement of a human being (for example, an employee of Reinforcer.ai).
How long we retain personal data
Reinforcer.ai does not retain your personal data longer than one year after your data is collected. This means that we delete the data once a year.
The exception to this rule is data that we must keep for a longer period because we are legally required to do so, and data that is retained due to correspondence with you. This refers in particular to email correspondence.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Reinforcer.ai only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@reinforcer.ai. To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN in Dutch). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within eight weeks. We may charge an administrative fee for processing your request.
